What our Home Watch/Inspections Include
Monthly/Bi-Weekly/Weekly Inspections
Security
Check all exterior doors and window to ensure they are secured and locked
No signs of forced entry
Alarm System armed and funcioning (if equipped)
Water & Moisture
Check water fixtures: No leaks under sinks, shower/tub, water heater, or washer. Also check all water lines
Check for signs of visable mold or mildew. No musty odor
Climate
Thermostats: Confirm set temperature and humidity levels
Check Propane/Oil Levels and record tank levelsfor heating fuel, and check generators
Power and Safety
Check electrical panel
Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (Monthly)
Check appliances: Refrigertors/Freezers
Exterior
Check fences, gates, perimeter walls, and property lines for damage, forced entry, or vandalism
Check landscaping and irrigation maintained; no storm debris
Check roof and gutters; inspect from the ground for missing shingles/damaged roof material, storm debris, fallen branches, and overflowing gutters
Check Driveway Maintenance; cleared of debris and snow/ice
Mail/Deliveries
Collect the mail; bring inside any mail/packages
Pest and Safety
Check for signs of pests and rodents; Look for droppings, insect trails, spider webs, or entry points around baseboards and utility penetrations.
